In 1999, The Valparaiso Popcorn Festival and the Valparaiso Downtown Business
Association merged to form the Valparaiso Community Festivals & Events, Inc.
Since then VCFE has been dedicated to:

Promoting Valparaiso, its businesses and retail environment.
Improving community-wide attractiveness.
Initiating cooperative efforts.
Providing fun-filled, family oriented recreational activities.
Enhancing the friendly atmosphere of Valparaiso.

Main Street National Trust for Historic Preservation
